Because SEMLEY products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

We stand behind every product we create. If a file won’t open, arrived incomplete, or isn’t what you expected, please contact us at hello@getsemley.com within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll make it right, whether that means sending a replacement file or helping you get set up.
