SEMLEY Guest-Ready Host Kit | Hotel-Standard Checklists & Guest Message Templates

Bring hotel standards to your vacation rental.

Created by a hospitality leader with 20 years in hotels, the SEMLEY Guest-Ready Host Kit gives Airbnb and VRBO hosts the tools hotels use to make sure every stay starts right. In hotels, nothing reaches a guest without inspection. Now your rental can be held to that same standard.

What’s inside:

• Start Here Guide (PDF): a quick walkthrough of how to use each tool
• Host 10 Guest-Ready Check (Excel): a 10-point self-check with an instant score and a Fix List that fills itself in
• Turnover Check (Excel): a sign-off for after every clean. Your cleaner marks Done, you mark OK or REDO, and anything needing a redo lands on a Redo List until it’s fixed
• Guest Message Templates (Word): polished messages for every stage of a stay, from booking to review

Why hosts love it:
Guests notice the details, and the details show up in reviews. This kit helps you see your rental the way a guest does, keep every turnover consistent no matter who cleans, and communicate with the warmth and polish of a great hotel.

Instant download. Your files arrive by email right after purchase. Built for Microsoft Excel and Word.
